I've personally used the "cross arm method" or whatever it is called; that's what I call it..
Assuming you dropped it while turning left and the bike is now laying on the left side (clutch side)?
I'm facing the bike, where I take my right-hand and grab the left handlebar grip (clutch grip); with my left hand - I'm pushing on the throttle grip, while pulling up with my right hand in unison with me walking the bike upwards with my legs.
It's crazy easy... I'll see if I can find the YT of a retired NYPD Wheel Lt who shows it, lifting a HD Road Glide.
