What did you do to your R18 today?

The advantage of these screens, Puig or other aftermarket ones, is they are adjustable.
I set mine "by eye" at the same angle than the OEM, and was very close to ideal, I just had to make small moves to be ok.
I can reach 180 km/h with no buffeting.
The pilot himself participate to the aerodynamic, so adjustability is mandatory for windshields.
My R1200C Montauk, came with a fixed screen. I had to add two risers on the upper bolts to have it rotating to the front to reach the right angle. .
I was thinking about buying the nice but non adjustable BMW one but now I see the trouble....
I bought this super cheap one in grey.
I had to add two SS rods in the lower part to keep it stable though.
So it's solid and looks good enough.

I couldn't order these mirrors from your link, they don't deliver in Europe.
And still can't find any 10 cm ...
Weird. It’s a 10 minute project that dramatically improves things.

This source ships internationally

or you could try eBay? Dunno about international shipping though

Ok the former has only one, and the later doesn't ship to France.
But I could find two in England thru Ebay.fr.
Ordered.

For those interested in this subject here is the thread where Todkavonic explains his idea and how to change the mirror.
