Trying to find a bit more room for my size 13s. These seem VERY well made & the adjustable concept is great ( a bit lower and farther back in this case) but I'm concerned that it pushes my foot to far outboard. I didn't have time to test after the install.View attachment 5946View attachment 5947

We have five bikes so the dollys get plenty of use when it comes time to store them away.

Cool texture. I like the idea.

Have you considered matching it on the black plastic bits on the bike? Plenum, battery cover etc. i am contemplating chroming mine. That could be over the top tho. But that texture could be way cool. (That is one order of magnitude above cool)

Pricey. But isn’t everything. It’s such a cool finish, anything you add will look really good.

I was actually thinking a paint guy could quickly put a texture on the boring flat black pieces to match. It’s fun to play with ideas.

Got some extended night riding yesterday for the first time on this bike. The classic with its lighting package is really great at night. Had a 2 hour ride, split evenly between highway and back roads after fireworks yesterday evening.

That's how I ordered my parts. You select your dealer and they drop ship them thru the dealer.

I ordered them from the dealer when I bought the bike, four months out now and no sign of the items.... ! ! !

I would contact them, since BMW has them available online, there is no reason the dealer couldn't get them now.

Sounds like you ordered the parts from the dealer but they did not order the parts from bmw. The system allows them to order parts that are not yet available, and then get them as soon as they are available without re order etc.

Is your dealer is one of those multi bike guys?

My dealer is a multi bike dealer but this shop is only BMW..... silly HUGE Staff in that shop, I have no idea how me makes salary for all those workers ??? jp

Make sure you use blue loctite on the bolts. Lots of vibration there and they will loosen and come out. Ask me how I know...
