Hello, Witsend. Got the CHIFUN Front Fender Extender off Amazon - about $30. Used high-strength 3M tape to install. Didn't want to drill holes in the fender.

Reversing the fender does look like it covers more of the engine plate, but agree it looks a little blocky in front now. The generic fender extension that I recently added to my Pure has a similar tapered shape as your now "backwards" Roctane fender. Wonder what it would look like on your bike?
Thanks... The only thing I really dislike about the few mud guards avail for the R18's (except the DK Design one) is they all have a slight curve outward at the bottom end. Nor do I like the 2 ridges ... picky picky picky I know.Very good, Witsend. I'd make sure you add "Rocktane R18" to your search to find an extension that's compatible for your bike. Out of curiosity, I priced a Roctane fender on Max BMW microfiche in Manhattan Matte, and it was $900 plus, which is a pretty hefty replacement price to pay if you mess up experimenting with trimming your fender.![]()

Yeah... I remember some weird rules between 0 - 20 being used on the License Plate... I don't think I was allowed to use the two following examples:Interesting how you were able to get that license plate. I was trying to select ROT18, or RED18 and the NJ MVC said combinations of 3 letters & 2 numbers were reserved for special use by government officials. I ended up with BGBXR
You install the coupling PIN every time you put your bike up on the KERN-STABI?Quick and dirty Kern-Stabi holder. This thing was always on the floor when not in use, hard to lean against the wall because the wheels roll.
Yes, I just screw it in hand tight when I use it. I have forgotten to remove it before a ride, surprised I haven’t lost it yet. Hopefully having a dedicated storage place will help me rememberYou install the coupling PIN every time you put your bike up on the KERN-STABI?
I installed the coupling PIN with some Blue Locktite, so that I don't lose ANOTHER coupling PIN...
