A pity there is not more Heritage about it. Does anybody at BMW remember the R90S ?. Good sized petrol tank. Room for decent panniers on both sides of the bike and a comfortable seat.

I purchased a screen for my R18C last year and it came quite promptly. UK based.

My R18C has about 15,000 miles on it. I am UK based so plenty of miles in cool wet conditions. First observation is that in over 50 years of riding bikes ( mainly BMW & Harley ) I have never known tires last so long. The front is more warn than the back which is unusual in my experience. Too me...

BMW supply there bikes with Lithium batteries. The R18 is the exception having an AGM.. Commonsense suggests they had a reason for doing that. I suspect a very heavy flywheel might be a good reason.

£326 including tax at 7000 miles on 29/10/2021. Service at Williams Manchester UK.. It is due for a service now on date basis but I have not used it much this year due to riding other bikes. About 12,000 miles on it so far.

What sort of gallons you are using makes a difference and overlooking that factor causes confusion. Imperial and US gallons being very different capacities. As a general rule higher octane and less ethanol improve mpg . How the throttle is used is a personal factor.

Are these factory fitted or they fitted by the dealers ?. I am UK based have never seen them on a Classic.

Welcome from Lancashire (Bury) . MPG will improve with increased miles. I have made a few modifications to my R18C the most important being the seat.
